Clive Thomas

Kayleigh Wilding

Solicitor

Kayleigh is a Personal Injury Solicitor, based in our Cardiff office. She re-joined Watkins and Gunn in 2022 having originally qualified with the firm in 2016.

She is very experienced in multi-track personal injury claims having spent almost five years in a large UK national law firm. She deals with all aspects of personal injury including claims involving road traffic accidents, accidents at work and slips trips and falls. 

Samina Roof

Trainee Solicitor

Samina is a Trainee Solicitor at Watkins & Gunn, based in the Pontypool office.

She assists accident claims victims with all types of personal injury claims. 

Sian Miller

Personal Injury Paralegal

Sian joined Watkins & Gunn as a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team in 2022. 

Sian is currently completing a work placement year as part of her Law Degree with Cardiff University.

Her role involves assisting accident victims, in a wide range of accident types, in making personal injury claims.

Eleanor Phillip

Solicitor

Eleanor is a solicitor at Watkins & Gunn. She specialises in Disease Litigation.

Lyndsey Gordon-Webb

Senior Associate Solicitor and Head of Disease Litigation at Watkins &Gunn.

Lyndsey is a Senior Associate, solicitor and Head of the Disease Litigation team at Watkins & Gunn.  The team deals with a wide range of industrial disease matters. 

Lyndsey has worked within the field of industrial disease for fifteen years. She has been involved in high profile group actions and individual matters. Her work has enabled her to work on an international basis. 

Joseph May

Trainee Solicitor

Joseph is a Trainee Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence Team at Watkins & Gunn.

Joseph is a law graduate from the University of South Wales he has also completed a Masters in Law, Business and Management with a Distinction. He gained a number of years’ experience working as a paralegal at a Top 100 law firm specialising in litigation and group action work before joining Watkins & Gunn.

Jonathan Wellington

Director at Watkins & Gunn and a Solicitor and Head of Clinical Negligence

Jonathan is a Director at Watkins & Gunn, Head of Clinical Negligence.

He is a highly regarded personal injury and clinical negligence lawyer. He is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel as well as being a fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). 

Jonathan has also dealt with numerous high value personal injury cases and a £5 million+ clinical negligence case for a girl left with severe brain damage following a failure to diagnose meningitis.
